Introducing Cargon v1.0.0 and Cargon Publishing

Today we are introducing Cargon v1.0.0 and releasing Cargon Publishing, the system we will use to keep a clear record of what we ship, what we learn, and what comes next.

Cargon is being built to give licensed agents the tools, knowledge, and support to build a credible real estate business. Its operating principle is simple: Enter once. Operate everywhere. The current app brings together a public introduction to that direction, a working listing and marketing workspace, and public property records. The experience is still in an early operating stage.

Publishing Build 01 adds a company editorial workspace in the app and connects approved records to www.cargon.io. We will use five types of record, each for a specific purpose:

• Press — an official company statement or institutional record.
• Research — evidence, methodology, sources, and the limits of a finding.
• Guide — a lasting educational resource or practical process.
• Writing — a founder essay, idea, or perspective.
• Release — a record of a product capability that has shipped.

This first record is a Release. As we publish future work, readers will be able to find it in the relevant website section and through the site's Updates experience.

Our current snapshot

As of September 25, our working group includes four licensed agents, including me. We have three opportunities in the pipeline: two rentals and one sale. These are active pipeline opportunities, not closed transactions or a forecast of results.

We are currently considering eligible New York agents for a limited Founding Agent Pilot. Each application still requires human review, including licence verification and proper brokerage affiliation before an agent operates with Cargon Realty LLC. General membership availability is not being announced in this release.

The complete application-to-activation experience remains unfinished. Monthly subscription enrolment and AI-assisted document generation are not yet ready. We will describe those capabilities as available only when their operating and product checks are complete.

The systems taking shape

Our new app landing experience gives agents a clearer account of Cargon's direction and the workflows already taking shape. Cargon Knowledge is developing the evidence and policy foundation for future guidance; that work does not yet provide a live policy feed inside the app. Torus Deploy has shipped its durable workflow foundation and is advancing its content operations work. A direct automated connection from Torus Deploy to Cargon Publishing is a future integration.

The next milestone

Our next major release is the complete New York agent onboarding journey: application, licence and affiliation review, required documents, staff decisions, and activation. The approved brokerage commercial model and payment experience must then be implemented and verified against those operating rules.

We will keep using these records to distinguish what is live, what is in progress, and what is next. That is the standard we want our team—and the agents who place their trust in Cargon—to be able to rely on.
