What this site collects, and what it does not.

Browsing this site requires no personal information. Nothing is collected unless you choose to send a contact enquiry or a valuation request, which is described in its own section below.

When you submit the contact form, it sends:

• Name and email address — required, so we can reply.
• Phone number — optional. The form works without it.
• What your enquiry is about, and which market if you tell us — used to route your enquiry to the right team.
• Your message.

The time of submission and the fact that it came from www.cargon.io are recorded with it. Those are set by our server, not taken from your browser.

To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right part of Cargon. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Your enquiry is processed on our server and delivered to a Cargon inbox by email. Depending on configuration it may also be forwarded to an internal notification channel so the right person sees it promptly.

Delivery uses an email service provider, and Cargon email runs on Google Workspace. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it.

This website stores nothing. There is no database, customer record, or file of enquiries on this site. Your message exists in the destination inbox, not here.

When you submit the unit valuation form, it sends:

• Building address — required.
• Unit — required.
• Bedrooms — required, and “I’m not sure” is an accepted answer.
• Bathrooms — required, and “I’m not sure” is an accepted answer.
• Approximate square footage — required, and “I’m not sure” is an accepted answer.
• Condition — required, and “I’m not sure” is an accepted answer.
• Name — required.
• Email — required.
• Phone — optional.
• Additional notes — optional.

Why: so a licensed broker at Cargon Realty can review your apartment and reply to you by email. That is the only purpose. No automated valuation is produced — nothing is estimated or calculated by this site, and the reply comes from a person.

Delivery is by email only. Your request is sent through our email service provider, Resend, to a Cargon Realty inbox, and Cargon email runs on Google Workspace. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it. It is not forwarded to any other channel, and the email subject line carries only a reference number — never your address, unit or name.

No account is required, and a request does not sign you up for anything: no mailing list, no newsletter, and no marketing checkbox.

This website stores nothing. There is no website database for valuation requests. The receiving inbox is the only system that holds your request, and Cargon Realty is responsible for it there.

We keep valuation request emails for 90 days. Kevin Cargon deletes requests older than 90 days from that inbox by hand once a month, so a request can remain for up to about a month longer before it is deleted. To have yours deleted sooner, email kevin@cargon.io.

Our server logs record only routing details for a valuation request — whether the address matches a Cargon building record, the size range and condition you chose, the domain part of your email address, whether you gave a phone number, how long your notes were, and a reference. Your address, unit, name, email address, phone number and notes are never written to those logs.

Our application logs record that an enquiry was received and whether it was delivered — what it was about, which market, the domain part of the email address (for example example.com), whether a phone number was given, and how long the message was.

Your name, full email address, phone number, and the content of your message are never written to those logs. This is enforced in code and verified by automated tests.

Our hosting provider keeps standard operational request logs, as any web host does.

This site sets no cookies and reads none. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party CAPTCHA.

We do measure which pages are viewed and how quickly they load. Each page view records the page address, the referring site, and coarse details of the device and country — never a name, an email address, a precise location, or anything that identifies you. No identifier is stored on your device, so we cannot recognise you on a later visit or follow you to another site.

One action is counted as well as pages: choosing “Start your application” on the Join page. It records only that the button was pressed — no name, no email address, and nothing about who pressed it, because at that point this site knows nothing about you and does not start guessing. We count it so we can tell how many people read that page and decided not to apply, which is the one thing the application itself cannot show us.

These measurements are collected by this site itself and reported to www.cargon.io, not to an advertising network or a data broker. Fonts are served from this site too, so reading a page still makes no request to any other company.

We use it to see which parts of the network people actually explore, and to catch pages that have become slow for real visitors rather than only on a developer’s machine.

The form uses a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in, and limits how many enquiries one connection can send in a short period. Identical repeat submissions are recognised so you are not contacted twice for the same message.

These checks use the submission itself and the requesting network address. They do not track you across sites.
